Botme operates AdLumi at ai.botme.fun. Contact: support@botme.fun.

• Account data: email address and name you provide.
• Content you upload: product images, text and settings used to generate creatives.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and approximate location from IP address.
• Billing data: subscription status and transaction references. Card details are collected and stored by our payment provider, not by us.

3. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, process payments, give support, improve features, and send service notices. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service: hosting, payment processing (merchant of record), AI model providers that process your inputs to generate output, and email delivery. They may use data only to provide their services to us. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal and accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@botme.fun and we will respond within 30 days.
