Terms of Service

1. About the service

AdLumi (“the Service”) is a web-based software service operated by Botme (“we”, “us”) at ai.botme.fun. It helps online sellers generate and manage advertising creatives using AI. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter a contract.

3. Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits used for AI generation. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period unless the plan says otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from the next renewal.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers acting as merchant of record. Their terms apply to the payment transaction. We do not store full payment card details.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@botme.fun. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful or adult content, to impersonate others, to infringe intellectual property, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Your content and generated output

You keep ownership of the product images and text you upload. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the output generated for you for your own commercial advertising. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to what you upload and for reviewing output before publishing it. AI output may be inaccurate or similar to other output.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify features, and will give reasonable notice of material reductions to paid features.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms.
